housing markets has an opportunity for a Warranty Administrator at our
manufacturing facility located in Elkhart, IN.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answers phone calls related to warranty claims, product information, serial tag information and distributor locations.
- Validates information from submitted webform to assign warranty claims.
- Evaluates relevant information from customers to accurately adjudicate warranty claims.
- Enters, organizes, and maintains data information for all warranty related issues.
- Assists in gathering warranty database information for Quality or Engineering purposes.
- Submits warranty invoices for payment on warranty claims.
- Handles customer complaints to works toward resolution and ensures a satisfactory customer experience.
- Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and understand basic technical information, product specifications, or part numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing claims and entering data.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn internal warranty management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service.
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or equivalent studies.
- 1-3 Years Experience in an office or call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills
